Just drove home a new '06 G, 6 speed.

I've had a lot of nice cars but this one is just beyond words. "Wow" doesn't even begin to describe it.

Got to say I was hugely impressed by e-gear, far far better than F1 (which begs the question of why F hasn't anted up), but still a car like this has to be a proper manual. Just one opinion of course (and likely the minority based on inventories).

Anyway, got tons to learn here. Lost of questions to follow. Just wanted to share my enthusiasm for this beast!

Oh, but while I'm here, first question:

After I got home (~20 mile drive) I went to get a bag from the "trunk" (front obviously) and everything inside it was almost boiling! Could have been the stupid hot day we had today, but is the front of the car prone to extreme heat for some reason, and if so what causes it (radiators there?)
