As mentioned, Lambo is after a certain market. The ultra light, ultra rare $700K+ supercar market is not what market they are in. It's like asking why does Scion not make as 400 HP Mustang GT stomper. It's not that they can't come up with the technology, it's just that's not what market they are after.
