I am in somewhat of the same situation. I'm 16 as well. My father always shoots down my dream any time I talk about Lamborghini. He explains to me that he could not afford one if someone gave one to him. I do realize hes right to a certain extent. He been fairly sucessful but in his words, "no one who works for a living can afford one."
I was curious, how much does owning a Lamborghini truely cost. I know in MA, where I live, I would be paying close to $11k in sales tax for a $300k Murcielago. The excise tax they have here would be $3700 for the first year (I'm not entirely sure but I believe its in that area). I've seen some people on here quote prices for insurance before, but it seemed like it was mostly on Diablos. Do any of you know what insurance would be on a Murcielago for someone around say 40 with a good record? Also what are you going to be looking at for maintanance/ anually?
