I am very happy to say that nothing broke and all worked as intended, except for the electric water pump, which has too low a capacity, so the car could do no more than 4-5 laps at a time, before the engine got too hot.
Contrary to complaints I have seen, my stock brakes worked very well and after 4 laps the rotors had a very respectable max temperature of 250ºC (rims about 60ºC). My only minor complaints about the brakes are a moderately high pedal pressure during daily driving and the fact that they currently squeal during mild braking.

Things do break more often on the track and I am quite sure the repairs would be more expensive than for my track dedicated Porsche 944 turbo.
