It says the Pagani factory is in Catelfranco, 4 miles out of Modena on the Via Amilia in the direction of Bolgona. Look for the Mercedes showroom, turn right in front of it, then head into a small industrial site on your right.

Last July, the Mercedes showroom you mentioned was closed with a new
business in it. But the outside of the building still said Mercedes, so
Pagani was still using it as a landmark in the directions they gave out.
I would call and get directions before I drove there.
