Here is my take on this.

In show condition:

LP400:..............100K-110K

LP400S S1:.........90K-100K

LP400S S2:...........70K-80K

LP5000S:..............70K-80K

Downdraft QV:.....90K-100K

Injected QV:..........75K-85K

Anniversary:.........80K-90K

I have owned or drove all of these cars.

The Downdraft cars are the fastest but not fast by today's standards.

The rare factor will make the 78-79 Bravo wheel S1 lowbody cars & the 85-86 Downdraft cars value about the same over the years.

The pure LP400 should be higher but it depend on who is buying.

I would rather have a 78-79 S1 over a LP400 if I had only one to choose.

Remember this is all just where my heart is.

PS: I would not mind a Anniversary car one day, they had the best fit and finish and the most comfortable interior.
