Default Is 21,000 miles to much on a Diablo

I am looking at a 1994 Diablo Vt with 21,000 miles. The car is at the Chekqured flag in Marina Del Rey California. I found it on Collecter car trader.com. There asking price is 96,500 plus tax and license. The car is red with black interior.

I talked to a well known Lambo dealer today and he informed me that was alot of miles for a Diablo. He said even though the price was low I might have to dump alot of money into the car to get it right. He also said the market was very thin for hi-mileage Diablos and that If I bought the car and decided to sell it I would have a hard time getting a buyer. He suggested I would be better off buying a lower mileage car so if I decided to put on miles I could still sell it when I was done having my fun with it. Since I am new to the market I would appreciate If you fellas could give me your opinion on what this dealer told me and Opinions on how to find a good car and what to look for. He also Informed me to stay away from some unscupulous dealers but I won't mention there names on this forum do to legal reasons.
